The Van Taxi Plan mainly uses jumbo taxis (capacity 8 people). However, depending on the amount of luggage, even the number of people listed above may not be able to ride in one vehicle. Depending on the number of passengers, we may also use microbuses or other types of vehicles.
In the premium plan, we will be operated by Toyota Alphard (capacity 4 people). However, depending on the amount of luggage, even the number of people listed above may not be able to ride in one vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.

Prices include consumption tax, expressway charges, and fuel charges.
Prices are determined by plan, airport, pick-up area, and number of passengers.
Prices vary depending on the operating hours. Late nights and early mornings are higher than during the day.
Prices vary depending on the day of service. During busy times such as weekends and consecutive holidays, prices will be higher than on weekdays.

Luggage is free of charge up to 1 suitcase and 2 hand luggage per person.
If you have additional luggage, you will be charged separately by the unit price for each type x quantity.

The placard pick-up service is a service that will pick you up with a placard at the arrival gate of the airport.
The fee is 3,300 yen per group.

Payment will be made at the same time as you make a reservation online.
For online credit card payments, we use the payment agency service of GMO Payment Gateway. For safe use, the customer's credit card information is not stored on this site and is strictly managed within the payment agency service.

For shared ride plans, 100% of the charge will be charged within 24 hours of the date and time of use, and free of charge before that time.
For private plans, 50% of the charge will be charged within 24 hours of the date and time of use, and free of charge before that time.

You may be asked to change to another vehicle during the service.
